    User Manual

    I. Scope of Use:

    This machine features compressor-based refrigeration and a highly intelligent temperature controller, offering advantages such as precise temperature control, rapid cooling, an advanced overall design, elegant aesthetics, and exceptional durability. Additionally, the unit can also be used in fields like petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology—or for maintaining constant temperatures during experiments on test samples.

    II. Technical Specifications:

    1. Power supply: 220V ±10V, 50Hz

    2. Heating power: 4000W

    3. Cooling Power: 800W

    4. Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃

    5. Temperature control range: 5–80°C

    6. Inner tank dimensions: 800 * 600 * 500 (mm)

    III. Instructions for Use:

    1. The equipment should be placed in a room with an ambient temperature between 10°C and 30°C and relative humidity no higher than 80%. Ensure that the back of the equipment is kept at least 30 cm away from the wall, and the room should have adequate ventilation.

    2. After connecting the power supply (the power supply should be equipped with an air switch featuring leakage protection), fill the water tank with water, ensuring that the water level does not fall below the bottom grate.

    3. The selected power supply must have a wattage equal to or greater than the instrument's total power consumption, and it must also be equipped with a reliable grounding system.

    4. Set the desired test temperature, then turn on the heating, cooling, and water pump switches! (When starting to heat or cool, the temperature may temporarily exceed the actual set point—however, the instrument will automatically adjust internally, gradually returning to the preset temperature.)

    5. After use, turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and drain all the water from the device. Wipe it clean and set it aside for future use.

    4. Instrument Operation:

    1. When the desired temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, proceed as follows:

    Turn on the power switch.

    B Activate the loop switch

    Press and hold the SET button for 0.5 seconds—this will put the meter into the master control setting mode. Set the desired temperature, then press the SET button again for 0.5 seconds to return the meter to its normal operating state.

    V. Important Notes

    1. When installing the equipment, please check that the connections are correct.

    2. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire properly.

    3. If the device is not functioning properly, please contact the manufacturer or the distributor—do not attempt to disassemble it yourself.

    4. When the room temperature drops below 0°C, be sure to drain all water from the water tank and the circulating pump to prevent freezing and cracking.

After use, turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and drain all water from the unit. Wipe it clean for future use. IV. Instrument Operation: 1. If the desired temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, proceed as follows: A. Turn on the power switch. B. Activate the circulation switch. C. Press and hold the "SET" button for 0.5 seconds until the instrument enters the main control setting mode. Adjust the desired temperature using the SET button, then release it after completing the adjustment. The instrument will automatically return to normal operation mode. V. Precautions: 1. Before installing the equipment, verify that all connections are correct. 2. For safety reasons, always connect the device to a properly grounded outlet. 3. If the equipment malfunctions, contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer immediately—do not attempt to disassemble it yourself. 4. When the ambient temperature drops below 0°C, be sure to drain all water from the water tank and circulation pump to prevent freezing and potential damage.
