    Overview

    The SME-CTB-CM Intelligent High-Precision Constant Temperature Bath utilizes a versatile low-temperature constant temperature water bath platform developed through our company's advanced technology. The instrument features a high-precision data acquisition circuit and semiconductor refrigeration technology, employing a fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve highly accurate and stable temperature regulation.

    This instrument features a convenient 4.3-inch touchscreen for easy operation, with intuitive and user-friendly parameter settings. The system seamlessly integrates functions such as heating, cooling, and circulation, enabling real-time display of experimental temperature curves.

    Compared to traditional compression-based refrigeration, the semiconductor cooling technology used in this product also offers advantages such as compact size, lightweight design, silent operation, easy maintenance, and high reliability.

    How to Use

    [Place]

    1. The instrument has air inlets on the side and rear cooling vents; ensure that there is ample clearance around the device when placing it.
    2. Place the container on a flat mat made of a material that doesn't easily conduct heat;

    [Installation]

    1. Insert the power plug;
    2. Connecting the water pipe:
      • The host's inlet, outlet, and the two water ports of the sink container can all be connected with hoses—there’s no specific order required.
      • The hose cannot be bent, causing water to stop flowing;
    3. Insert the sensor connector on the sink container into the host sensor interface.

    [Infusion]

    1. Pour water into the container, ensuring the liquid level does not temporarily exceed the container's inlet.
    2. [Power on] and turn on [Cycle]. Observe water being injected into the container's inlet, then add more water to the container until it reaches the desired liquid level. (The liquid level must not fall below the height of the temperature sensor probe in the tank.)

    [Temperature Control]

    If the set temperature is more than 5°C above the ambient temperature, do not turn on the [Cooling] switch; otherwise, please turn on the [Cooling] switch.

    [Instructions]

    1. To achieve a lower media stabilization temperature, you can use the following methods:
      1. Lower the laboratory air conditioner temperature;
      2. Improve the thermal insulation performance of containers;
    2. When left unused for an extended period, please drain all the water from the instrument tubing.
    3. The set temperature must not fall below the medium's freezing point!
