Performance

This machine is exclusively designed and developed to both produce specimens and punch small rubber and plastic test pieces. It overcomes the drawback of single‑direction feed in the older model punch presses, offering features such as simplicity, practicality, labor savings, and ease of operation. It is an advanced sample‑making tool for the waterproofing membrane and rubber industries.

Uses

This machine is designed for punching and stretching test specimens as well as for preparing strips from various non‑metallic materials and thin films. It is simple and convenient to operate, and can be equipped with cutting tools according to specific requirements. Its working principle relies on a hydraulic jack to drive the punch downward; as the punch presses against various forming dies (specialized cutting tools), it can quickly, accurately, and easily produce test strips of different types.

Precautions for Use

1. The entire machine must be securely fastened.

2. A hard, thin board must be placed under the roll material; never punch test specimens directly on the work surface to avoid damaging the blade.
