Applicable Standards
The concrete rapid freeze–thaw testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T50082-2009 “Test Methods for Long‑Term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete,” DL/T5150-2001 “Code for Testing of Hydraulic Concrete,” and JTG E30-2005 “Standard for Cement Concrete Tests in Highway Engineering” — specifically the “Concrete Rapid Freeze–Thaw Test” — to assess the freeze–thaw resistance of concrete specimens by subjecting them to rapid cycles of freezing and thawing in a water‑frozen, water‑melted environment.
This unit primarily consists of a microcomputer controller, a test chamber, a refrigeration system, a heating system, and a chilled medium circulation system. The microcomputer controller features a user‑friendly interface and simple operation, with direct connectivity to a computer. It offers dual displays for temperature curves and digital readings, which can be switched easily. The entire freeze–thaw testing process is fully automated, and freezing and thawing temperatures as well as the number of cycles can be set arbitrarily. In the event of a malfunction, the system emits both audible and visual alarms and automatically activates corresponding safety protections. It boasts excellent control, display, recording, interlock, and protection functions.
