    III. Features of the Hydraulic Electric Demolder:

    The YDT-20 hydraulic electric demolding machine features smooth, stable operation powered by hydraulics, ensuring safety and reliability with zero noise. Compared to mechanical electric demolders, it boasts advantages such as higher power output, greater efficiency, lower noise levels, and an extended service life. This makes it perfectly suited to meet the demanding requirements of demolding high-strength specimens, including cement mixtures.

    IV. Operating Procedures:

    1. After powering on, check whether all screws are securely tightened; if any are loose, tighten them immediately. Once the power is connected, observe whether the power indicator light on the panel illuminates to confirm that the power supply is functioning properly. Then, press the lifting and lowering buttons to verify normal operation. If everything is working correctly, assemble the appropriate mold holder and upper pressure plate according to the specimen requirements, and adjust and secure the column nuts on the workbench as well as the screws on the holder plate.

    2. First, align and assemble the corresponding pressure plate and support plate for the test mold cylinder. Attach the support plate onto the lifting screw, place the appropriate test mold on top, and secure the pressure plate to the panel mounted on the upright column using tightening screws. (Note: Ensure the matching groove of the pressure plate faces downward and properly aligns with the opening of the test mold.) Next, firmly tighten the two micro-adjustment nuts on the upright column. Then, press the "Raise" button to lift the lifting rod until the specimen in the test cylinder is ejected. Finally, press the "Stop" button to halt the machine, remove the specimen and the test mold cylinder, and press the "Lower" button to return everything to its original position. If you need to perform another test, simply replace the current test mold with a new one.

    3. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean up the area.

    V. Important Notes:

    1. Absolutely no operation without fuel—do not allow the oil pump to run dry.

    2. Before use, the air must be completely purged from the system.

    3. When in use, monitor the pressure gauge reading carefully; never exceed 40 MPa. If the pressure approaches this limit, promptly cut off the power supply or open the relief valve to release the oil.

    4. The factory-installed safety valve has been properly adjusted; do not touch it.

    5. Always read the instruction manual carefully before using the electric hydraulic demolder.

    6. Maintenance and Care:

    1. When in use, first plug the power cord into the outlet to connect to the power supply. After finishing, be sure to unplug the power cord to completely disconnect the device from electricity.

    2. After use, please wipe clean the upright column, upper and lower trays, and push seat, then cover them with dust caps. If the equipment will remain unused for an extended period, apply a thin layer of rust-preventive oil to the surfaces to protect the components from corrosion.

    3. For safety reasons, users are advised to ground the device before use.
