    Device Description

    1-Anti-seepage mold:
    2- Mortar;
    3-Interface between the mold and the sand aggregate (unsealed);
    4- Roll material (adhesive side facing up);
    5-Sealing gasket:
    6- Water:
    7-Test specimen: Create a hole.

    Preparation of Specimens for Water Migration Resistance Testing

    Drill a 10 mm diameter hole in the center of the sheet specimen, then insert the end of the mold with the larger diameter. The sheet material should extend one full circle beyond the sealing ring to ensure a tight seal between the sheet surface and the sealing ring of the impermeability testing apparatus. Take measures to prevent mortar from being forced into the holes drilled in the sheet material. Next, pour the mortar onto the bonding surface of the sheet specimen and vibrate it on a concrete vibration table for 20 seconds, as specified in JG/T245. With the bonding surface of the sheet facing the mortar, prepare the mortar mix using standard sand, ensuring that the resulting mix has an impermeability pressure of at least 1.5 MPa. Demold after curing at (20 ± 2)°C for 24 hours, then continue curing under standard养护 conditions for 28 days.
    The recommended mortar mix ratio is: strength grade 42.5.

    Ordinary Portland cement: ISO standard sand: water = 1:2:0.4

    Test Procedure for the Water‑Leakage Resistance Tester: Clear the hole in the center of the roll material, then load the specimen into the water‑leakage resistance tester with the roll material facing the water. Do not seal the conical surface around the perimeter of the waterproofing test specimen; instead, keep it fully connected to the external environment. Apply pressure up to 0.4 MPa and maintain this pressure for 24 hours. Thereafter, increase the pressure by 0.1 MPa each time and hold at that pressure for 4 hours, until water seepage traces appear on the surface surrounding the mortar test block, or until the specified test pressure is reached without any water leakage. Instrument Operation Instructions:

    1. Turn on the power and wait for the instrument to enter the main interface. Press the “Function” key to access the menu, then use the “Up” and “Down” arrow keys to select the parameter settings. Press the “Confirm” key to enter the parameter setting interface. According to the test requirements, set the incremental pressure, the duration of incremental pressure hold, the upper test limit, and the lower test limit (the initial working pressure—by default, the initial working pressure is held for 24 hours and cannot be changed). Use the “Up” and “Down” keys to adjust the values, and the “Left” and “Right” keys to shift the cursor. After setting the current parameters, press “Confirm” to save and proceed to the next parameter setting. Once all parameters are set, the system will automatically return to the menu interface; press “Cancel” to return to the main interface. When there is no pressure, but the displayed pressure is not zero, press the “Zero” key to adjust the zero point. Then, press the “Test” key to automatically complete the entire test.
    2. Set the pressure hysteresis according to the test requirements; the factory default is 0.05 MPa. To set the hysteresis: Press the “Function” key to enter the menu, then use the “Up” and “Down” arrow keys to select the hysteresis setting. Press the “Confirm” key to enter the hysteresis setting interface; use the “Up” and “Down” keys to adjust the value, and the “Left” and “Right” keys to move the cursor. Once the hysteresis is set, press “Confirm” to save and return to the menu interface.
    3. Pressure Calibration: Press the “Function” key to enter the menu, then use the “Up” and “Down” arrow keys to select “Pressure Calibration.” Press the “Confirm” key to access the pressure calibration interface. With no pressure applied to the sensor, press the “Clear” key to reset the pressure to zero. Apply a standard pressure to the sensor, then use the “Up” and “Down” keys to adjust the pressure value and the “Left” and “Right” keys to shift the setting. Set the calibration pressure equal to the standard pressure, then press “Confirm” to save the calibration and return to the menu interface.
