Product Overview
This device complies with GB/T 32987-2016 “Test Methods for Performance of Concrete Pavement Tiles” and is used for permeability testing of concrete pavement tiles. The upright posts are made of stainless steel, while the upper and lower pressure plates are coated with electrostatic powder paint on steel sheets. The high‑transparency organic glass tube features clear graduations.
Main Technical Parameters
1. Applicable specimen dimensions: 100*200*50 mm or 100*200*60 mm
2. Graduated cylinder dimensions: inner diameter 60 mm ± 2 mm, height 300 mm or more.
3. Bottom plate hole area: Over 50%
How to Use
1. Stand the test specimens vertically on their sides in a water tank (this instrument set does not include a water tank). Maintain a spacing of at least 20 mm between the specimens, then fill the tank with water at a temperature of 10°C to 30°C, ensuring that the water level is approximately 20 mm above the specimens. Immerse the specimens for 24 hours, then remove them from the water and gently wipe away any surface moisture using a sponge or a wrung-out damp towel.
2. Place the specimen between the upper and lower pressure plates, put a rectangular silicone pad on top of the specimen, and tighten the six nuts using a wrench.
3. Pour water at a temperature of 10–30°C into the glass cylindrical graduated cylinder, and raise the water level in the cylinder to 200 mm within 1 minute.
4. Record the change in water level after 120 minutes and calculate the permeability using the appropriate formula. If the water level drops by more than 100 mm within 120 minutes, record the time taken for the water level to drop by 100 mm and calculate the permeability using the formula. If the water level drops by more than 100 mm within 120 minutes, record the time h it takes for the water level to drop by 100 mm and calculate the permeability using the formula.

Notes and Precautions
Handle with care during use to avoid damage. After the test is completed, wipe the instrument clean and store it in a cool, dry place.
