The foam quality tester is used to determine the settling distance and water separation of foam agents for foamed concrete. Composed of a container, a glass tube, and a float, it meets the testing requirements specified in JG/T266-2011 “Code for Foamed Concrete.”

Comprehensive Guide to Shallow Water Equipment for Users
1. Settlement Distance Test: Within 30 seconds, load the tested foamed material into the container of the foam mass determination apparatus and level it along the container’s opening. Gently place the float on top of the foam and start timing to measure the settlement distance of the foam after 1 hour.
2. Foam Drainage Test: Based on the scale markings on the measuring cylinder, determine the volume of water (in mL) discharged by the ruptured foam within 1 hour—this is the foam drainage.Maintenance and upkeep
1. Glass products should be handled with care to avoid breakage.
2. After use, the instrument should be thoroughly rinsed and stored in a cool, dry place.
