The HC-GY81/GY81S integrated rebar scanner is a portable intelligent non-destructive testing device used to inspect the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can detect rebar cover thickness, rebar position, orientation, and distribution, and can also detect magnetic and conductive bodies within non-magnetic and non-conductive media.

• 1.54-inch brand new synchronous display with capacitive touch screen, wireless reverse control of the host, making detection safer and more efficient without climbing (only supported by HC-GY81S)

• Built-in full network 4G module, supports base station positioning for fast indoor and outdoor location; built-in temperature sensor to detect environmental temperature changes, intelligent calibration reminders for more accurate detection data;

• Optimized rebar identification algorithms in various scanning modes for more accurate rebar positioning,

• Thickness detection mode with cover accuracy up to 0.1mm, supports dual AD value prompts on left and right, with automatic center reading;

• JGJ detection function enables single-point re-measurement, automatically generates on-site measurement point thumbnails, custom detection sequence to meet testing specification requirements;

• Added block detection mode, upper computer can generate 3D models;

• Built-in low-power Bluetooth chip, connects to Haichuang data platform APP for real-time upload of detection data;

• Built-in large-capacity lithium battery, low power consumption design, can work continuously for about 24 hours after full charge

• PC side added Bluetooth adapter for wireless transmission of instrument data, making data reading more convenient

• Professional detection data processing and analysis software, easily completes data analysis, processing, printing, and report exporting.
