Detector Host Planar Transducer Flashlight Coupling Agent Crack Depth Gauge Microscopic Camera Probe Calibration Scale Plate Charger Signal Connection Cable Instrument Carrying Case The HC-U91 Concrete Ultrasonic Detector is a portable, intelligent instrument that applies ultrasonic pulse detection technology to test non-metallic materials such as concrete, rock, ceramics, graphite, plastic, and wood. It integrates ultrasonic emission, high-speed digital signal acquisition, automatic acoustic parameter detection, data analysis and processing, real-time result display, data storage, and output functions. It can be used for concrete strength testing, internal structural defect and crack depth and width detection, homogeneity, damage layer thickness measurement, and material mechanical and physical property testing.

Instrument Maintenance and Care
To ensure the consistency and stability of the HC-U91 Concrete Ultrasonic Detector, regular performance calibration is required. Please carefully read the user manual before use. During use, pay attention to the following:
1. Shock protection: Prevent severe shocks and impacts during use and transportation.
2. Magnetic protection: Avoid strong electromagnetic interference sources such as welding machines and transformers when using the instrument.
3. Corrosion protection: Take necessary protective measures when using in humid, dusty, or corrosive gas environments.
4. Temperature protection: Operate the instrument within -20℃ to +60℃ and avoid direct sunlight exposure; operation outside this range may cause malfunction.
5. Storage: When not in use, place the instrument in its packaging box. Store in a ventilated, cool, dry room temperature environment. If unused for a long time, power on periodically for inspection.
6. Charging: The instrument uses a built-in dedicated rechargeable lithium battery. When fully charged, it can work continuously for more than 8 hours. Pay attention to the power indicator and charge timely. Do not use non-designated power sources.
7. Transducer protection: Strong impacts or shocks may degrade or damage the transducer. Prevent the transducer from falling from heights or being crushed under heavy objects.
8. Cleaning: Wipe the host with a clean, soft dry cloth and clean the sockets with a clean, soft brush.
