    Instrument Overview

    This instrument consists of a pressure station, a pressure main unit, and a computer software system. The main function of the pressure station is to provide liquid pressure to the pressure main unit. The pressure requirement of the pressure station must be higher than the maximum pressure required by the pressure main unit. This part uses a high-flow, low-noise, high-pressure, maintenance-free plunger pump. By connecting to pressurized softened water, it can automatically replenish water to ensure pressure reliability, becoming a reliable pressure source. The pressure main unit consists of a pressure micro-control part, automatic pressure replenishment, and electric pressure relief parts. The pressure micro-control part uses a microcomputer MCU control, equipped with a high-resolution, high-speed ∑-△ 16-bit analog-to-digital conversion chip, communicates with the computer in real-time, and can automatically replenish and relieve pressure based on the pressure condition. The software system connects to the pressure main unit via the computer's RS232 serial interface, providing functions such as parameter setting, calibration, pressure relief, zero adjustment, amplitude adjustment, test curve plotting, test record saving, and printing test reports.

    This instrument is used to determine the pressure resistance failure time or the maximum instantaneous burst pressure value of thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes (such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C, and aluminum-plastic composite pipes) under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature. The test pipe or fitting will automatically stop when rupture occurs or the test is completed, and it can save the pressure curve and print the test report. It is an economical, practical, multifunctional, and highly automated testing machine, essential for various testing agencies, research institutions, and pipe manufacturers.

    Instrument Features

    1. This machine is multi-functional: it can test long-term static hydraulic pressure of pipelines, perform pipe burst tests, and measure the thermal stability of thermoplastic pipes.

    2. The machine's software control is rich in functions, displaying pressure, time, and status in real-time while storing all parameter data. It can identify eight test states: pressure increase, pressure replenishment, pressure relief, overpressure, operation, completion, leakage, and rupture. It automatically determines "effective test time," "invalid time," and "remaining time" parameters. It automatically adjusts the relationship between "set time" and "effective time" so that the test only stops automatically when the "effective time" reaches the "set time." The rich software interactive interface supports multilingual environments to meet users from different countries/regions.

    3. The machine control uses embedded computer control with a 19-inch large screen display, requiring no external PC or computer to complete all work, making operation convenient and simple. Each workstation is independent and can be operated separately. The machine has three levels of monitoring: first-level fine monitoring for 1 hour, second-level holiday monitoring for 48 hours, and third-level comprehensive monitoring throughout the process, including constant temperature medium temperature monitoring. The eight major functions include leakage warning, rupture identification, real-time monitoring, power-off pressure maintenance, power failure protection, automatic power restoration, printing, and storing test results.

    4. Pressure control is stable with multi-level pressure energy storage control, constant pressure stability, using 0.5 aperture, high-precision electromagnetic valves from Taiwan that do not clog and have a long service life. The test pressure accuracy is high, using well-known domestic brand pressure transmitters. The pressure control range is wide, from 0.4MPa to full scale.

    5. This machine can set pre-processing settings, and the test will start automatically after pre-processing is completed. Pressure units can be freely switched between MPa, Bar, and PSI to accommodate the operating habits of personnel from different countries.

    6. The main control system of this machine can be connected to a thermostatic medium box control system, both of which can control temperature settings, test start and end functions, making operation convenient and simple. This machine is suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters, applicable for pipe testing within the diameter range of Ф10mm to Ф1600mm; the machine has good safety performance with safety protection measures in electrical, mechanical, and software parts. It features password protection to prevent unauthorized personnel from abnormal operation of the instrument. The instrument is aesthetically pleasing, with quick-connect fittings between systems, easy assembly, safe and reliable, and occupies little space.

    7. The pressure station of this machine can be independently controlled and is self-contained; one pressure station can connect to multiple pressure hosts. The main components use imported pump bodies, with high pressure, large flow, and stable performance. The bladder accumulator provides stable energy storage, reduces power consumption, compensates pressure safely and stably. The instrument can automatically replenish water through externally connected pressurized softened water, ensuring the reliability of total pressure.

    Pipe Material Type A Test Fixture

    Instrument Overview

    This fixture is suitable for pipe static hydraulic burst testing machines. It is a Type A plastic pipe pressure test fixture that can firmly clamp the pipe material and is a key auxiliary tool for plastic pipe pressure testing machines. It has a ferrule with reverse teeth inside; when the ferrule screw is tightened, the ferrule contracts inward, embedding the reverse teeth into the outer wall of the specimen to clamp it. The connecting screw tightens the ferrule to clamp the specimen. It is suitable for end sealing of various pipe materials and fittings such as PE, PVC, PP-R, and steel-reinforced composite pipes.

    Instrument Features

    • Cast Type A structure fixture, no intermediate tie rod needed, with high pressure resistance.

    • Patented structure achieves assembly by clamping first then sealing, with a 100% success rate of sealing on first clamp.

    • Radial sealing, suitable for a wide range of pipe materials (applicable to PE, PVC, PP-R, steel-reinforced composite pipes, etc.)

    • Split-tooth clamping structure, easy to install, can achieve automatic centering.

    • Large-diameter fixtures accommodate a wide range of pipe diameters; specimens do not need reshaping before testing and can be easily inserted into end caps.

    • The fixture is lightweight, each component is equipped with a lifting device for easy handling, assembly is quick and convenient without special clamping devices, improving work efficiency and reducing long-term costs. Assembly time for large-diameter fixtures above Φ200 should be less than 30 minutes; for Φ200 and below, assembly time should be less than 10 minutes.

    • Cast fixtures are made of 304 stainless steel, treated with pickling and passivation after casting, providing strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

    • Lifting chain device prevents issues such as rupture of thin-walled pipe specimens and difficulty lifting bottom fixtures; hooks are provided for convenient hanging.
