    The DYE-300S microcomputer electro-hydraulic servo flexural and compressive testing machine uses a hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and computer data acquisition and processing. It can achieve closed-loop control and automatic detection, making it a high-precision material testing device. It consists of the main testing machine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and testing fixtures. The maximum test force is 300kN/10kN, and the accuracy level of the testing machine is better than 0.5 grade.

    The DYE-300S microcomputer electro-hydraulic servo flexural and compressive testing machine can set loading rates according to relevant national standards and meet the standard loading rate control indicators. It performs compressive and flexural tests under rated test forces on materials such as cement and concrete. It features dynamic display and timely control of load, time, and test curves, as well as maximum test force holding functions.

    This testing machine integrates the main machine and oil source into one structure; the flexural fixture is a one-piece springless design, providing more accurate test results and meeting the requirements for cement mortar flexural tests. The compressive part is suitable for compressive tests of cement and concrete. With appropriate fixtures and measuring devices, it can also perform splitting tensile tests, flexural tests, and static elastic modulus tests on concrete.

    This testing machine and its accessories comply with the standards GB/T2611, GB/T17671, GB/T16826, GB/T50081, and JC/T960.

    Product Features

    The testing machine consists of cylinders (for flexural and compressive tests), pistons (for flexural and compressive tests), load sensors (for flexural and compressive tests), pressure plates, optical rods, upper crossbeam, flexural device, compression fixtures, oil tank, oil pump and motor, valve plate assembly, controller, and other components.

    The computer is an industrial PC (quad-core 2.0G CPU / 2G RAM / 64G SSD / 4*USB / 4*RS232 / 2*RJ45 network ports / 1*VGA / aluminum alloy panel fanless), which is simple and convenient to operate and highly adaptable to harsh environments. It features robustness (panel protection level IP65), shock resistance (5-19Hz/1.0mm amplitude; 19-200Hz/1.0g acceleration), impact resistance (10g acceleration, 11ms cycle), moisture resistance (95% @40°C, no condensation), dustproof, high temperature resistance (operating temperature -20°C to 60°C), multiple slots, and easy expandability. It occupies little space and is aesthetically pleasing and durable.

    The testing machine design fully considers aesthetics, convenience, and safety. For example, the system oil circuit pressure is less than 25MPa, ensuring both the safety of the oil circuit and extending the service life of components within the oil circuit. A high-toughness protective net is installed above the platform, isolating the test space from the operator to effectively ensure operator safety. The optical rod surface is chrome-plated and polished, making it beautiful and rust-resistant.

    The oil source system uses a branded motor with stable torque and speed and an axial piston pump. The operating noise level is below 60dB (national standard: below 75dB).

    The force measuring element is a high-precision sensor (for flexural and compressive tests), which is unidirectionally loaded. It is the key component for detecting compressive, bending, and shear test forces. The electrical signals generated under load are collected and processed by the computer measurement and control software. This sensor has high accuracy and is installed on the upper crossbeam in the working space to avoid the influence of external factors such as friction on the force value, ensuring long-term stability.

    The measurement and control system includes a digital servo valve, high-precision load sensor, controller, and software, offering high control accuracy and reliability. It meets the testing requirements of GB, ISO, ASTM, and other standards for materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete, and has the following functions: force closed-loop control; ability to achieve constant load rate or constant stress rate loading; microcomputer-based electronic measurement and automatic test completion; automatic calculation and printing of results by the computer; supports communication via serial port or Ethernet and provides network data interfaces.

    The testing machine uses our company's self-developed double-arm four-column cement compressive fixture. The main components of this fixture are made of 20CrMnTi material, forged, processed, and surface chrome-plated. The upper and lower pressure plates, pressure transmission columns, positioning pins, and other key parts have hardness above 55HRC, ensuring a smooth and clean surface that is resistant to damage and rust, while also being aesthetically pleasing. The pressure transmission column guide uses self-lubricating bearing graphite copper sleeves, which require no oil lubrication, have good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, low noise, no pollution, and long service life without the need for oil maintenance.
