This thickness gauge features a simple structure, is easy to use, portable, and suitable for handheld measurement.

2. Upper measuring diameter: Φ10±0.05mm;

Usage Instructions

1. Before testing, first align the gauge to zero, and operate the lever a few times. After it returns to zero, proceed with the test. Handle gently to avoid damaging the platform, measuring foot, and the gauge.

2. Press the lever with your finger to raise the measuring foot. Place the material to be tested between the platform and the measuring foot, then gently release the lever. The reading on the gauge at this moment is the thickness of the tested material. For each measurement point, take at least 5 readings and calculate the average of these 5 points as the thickness of the membrane, reporting the smallest unit value.

Precautions

1. This instrument must not be used for horizontal measurements.

2. After use, cover the instrument with its protective cover to prevent dust and moisture.
