Constant-temperature water bath for wires and cables

Instruction Manual

I. Scope of Use:

This unit employs a compression refrigeration system and a highly intelligent temperature controller, offering advantages such as high temperature control accuracy, rapid cooling speed, an advanced overall design, an elegant appearance, and exceptional durability. Additionally, this unit can also be used for constant-temperature testing of experimental samples in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.

II. Technical Parameters:

1. Power supply: 220V ±10V, 50Hz

2. Heating power: 4000W

3. Cooling capacity: 800W

4. Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃

5. Temperature control range: 5-80℃

6. Inner liner dimensions: 800*600*500 (mm)

III. Instructions for Use:

1. The equipment should be placed indoors at a room temperature between 10°C and 30°C with relative humidity no higher than 80%. The back of the equipment should be kept at least 30 centimeters away from the wall, and the room should have good ventilation.

2. After connecting the power supply (the power supply should be equipped with an air switch featuring leakage protection), fill the water tank with water. The water level must not fall below the bottom grate.

3. The selected power supply must have a wattage equal to or greater than the instrument’s total power consumption, and the power supply must also be equipped with a reliable grounding system.

4. Set the desired test temperature, then turn on the heating, cooling, and water pump switches! (At the start of heating or cooling, the temperature may temporarily exceed the actual set temperature; however, the instrument will automatically adjust internally to gradually return to the set temperature.)

5. After use, turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and drain all water from the device. Wipe it clean and set it aside for future use.

IV. Instrument Operation:

1. When the required temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, proceed as follows:

A Turn on the power switch

B Turn on the loop switch

Press and hold the SET key for 0.5 seconds, and the meter will enter the master control setting mode. Set the desired temperature, then press the SET key again for 0.5 seconds to return the meter to its normal control state.

V. Precautions

1. When installing the equipment, please check whether the connections are correct.

2. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire properly.

3. If the device is not functioning properly, please contact the manufacturer or the distributor—do not disassemble it yourself.

4. When the room temperature drops below 0℃, be sure to drain all the water from the water tank and the circulating pump to prevent freezing and cracking.
