Computerized Asphalt Softening Point Tester Model: HR-2806E/F/G/H
(1) HR-2806 Series Asphalt Softening Point Tester There are four models in total, and their differences are:
Model HR-2806E: Applicable softening point temperature range: 0–99.9℃, does not come with a printer.Model HR-2806F: Applicable softening point temperature range: 0–180℃, does not come with a printer.
HR-2806G Model: Applicable softening point temperature range: 0–99.9℃, equipped with a printer.
HR-2806H Model: Applicable softening point temperature range: 0–180℃, equipped with a printer.
(2) HR-2806 Series Asphalt Softening Point Tester This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 4507, "Method for Determination of Softening Point of Petroleum Asphalt," and in T0606, "Asphalt Softening Point Test (Ring-and-Ball Method)," which is part of the national transportation industry standard JTJ 052, "Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering. It is suitable for determining the softening points of various types of asphalt, including road petroleum asphalt, coal tar asphalt, and liquid petroleum asphalt. This instrument is the preferred choice for asphalt production enterprises, highway and bridge construction units, as well as relevant colleges, universities, and research institutions.This instrument features fully computer-controlled operation, electronic photoelectric measurement, and an LCD display. It can be optionally equipped with a miniature printer for automatic printing of test results. The instrument also boasts temperature-controlled heating with linear temperature rise, uniform stirring of the bath liquid, and the capability to simultaneously test two samples. It automatically detects the softening point of the sample. With its high degree of automation, quick and convenient testing, and reliable test results, this instrument represents a smart solution for asphalt softening point testing.
(3) HR-2806 Series Asphalt Softening Point Tester Technical indicators
1. Power supply voltage: 220V, 50Hz;
2. Temperature measurement range:
⑴ For specimens with a softening point below 80℃, use distilled water as the heating medium, ranging from +5℃ to +80℃.
⑵ For specimens with a softening point above 80℃, use glycerol as the heating medium, at temperatures ranging from +32℃ to +160℃.
3. Temperature resolution: 0.1℃;
4. Stirrer: The stirring speed is continuously adjustable;
5. Heating rate: Automatically adjusts to 5.0 ± 0.5℃/min after three minutes;
6. Softening point results: Displayed on an LCD screen; optional printer and computer connectivity for data processing.
7. Heating power: 600W; 8. Computer interface: RS232; 9. Beaker volume: 1000mL;
10. Environmental conditions: Ambient temperature below 35℃, with no air convection.
11. Relative humidity: ≤85%; 12. Total machine power: 700W.
