    III. Features of the Hydraulic Electric Demolder :

    The hydraulic electric demolder operates smoothly, safely, and reliably with no noise, thanks to its hydraulic drive system. Compared to mechanical electric demolders, it boasts advantages such as higher power output, greater efficiency, reduced noise levels, and an extended service life. This makes it perfectly suited for demolding high-strength specimens, including cement mixtures.

    IV. Operating Procedures :

    1 After powering on, check whether all screws are securely tightened; if any are loose, tighten them immediately. Once the power is connected, observe whether the power indicator light on the panel illuminates to confirm that the power supply is functioning properly. Next, press the lifting and lowering buttons to ensure they operate smoothly. If everything is normal, prepare test molds of different specifications as required by the specimen, and then adjust and secure the column nuts on the workbench as well as the screws on the mold support plate.

    2 First, align and properly equip the corresponding pressure plate and support plate for the test mold cylinder. Then, mount the support plate onto the lifting screw, place the appropriate test mold on top, and secure the pressure plate to the panel on the upright column by tightening the screws. ( Please ensure that the groove配套 with the mold is aligned downward and properly matched with the mold opening. ) Then, tighten the two micro-adjustment nuts on the upright post and press the button. Ascend Button to raise the lifting rod until the specimen in the test cylinder is dislodged, then press again. Stop Button, stop the machine, remove the specimen and the mold cylinder, then press Decrease Button, lowered to the time If doing it again, switch to another mold.

    3 After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean up.

    V. Important Notes :

    1 "Absolutely no operation allowed without adding fuel, which could cause the oil pump to run dry."

    2 Before use, the air must be completely purged from the system.

    3 When in use, observe the pressure gauge reading and strictly avoid exceeding the limit. 40MPa When approaching, promptly cut off the power supply or open the return oil valve.

    4 The factory-installed safety valve has been properly adjusted—do not touch it.

    5 Before using the electric hydraulic demolder, be sure to read the instruction manual carefully.

    6. Maintenance and Care :

    1 When in use, first plug the power cord into the outlet to connect the power supply. After finishing, please unplug the power cord to completely disconnect the device from electricity.

    2 After use, please wipe clean the upper and lower trays of the upright column, as well as the pusher seat, and then cover them with dust caps. If the equipment will remain unused for an extended period, apply a thin layer of rust-preventive oil to the surfaces to protect the parts from corrosion.

    3 For safety reasons, users are advised to ground the device before use.
