It is primarily used for testing the alkali resistance of fiberglass mesh in EPS board thin-coat exterior wall external thermal insulation systems and in exterior wall external thermal insulation systems using EPS granular insulation slurry with adhesive powder.

1. You must use a power source that meets the instrument’s requirements. The power outlet should be a three‑prong, safety‑rated socket, and a ground wire must be installed.
2. During the filling process or while in use, do not splash water into the electrical box to prevent potential hazards.
3. Do not touch the U‑shaped heating tube with your hands during operation to avoid burns.
4. When using the instrument, water must be added first before powering it on; never allow it to run dry or operate without water to prevent damage to the heating element and potential safety hazards.
5. After use, once the water has cooled, drain the water and wipe the unit clean to protect the heating elements and prevent scale buildup. Keep the instrument clean and dry to help extend its service life.
