Operating Instructions
This instrument is a controller that integrates both automatic and manual operation; the operation panel is shown in the figure below.

The specific key operations are as follows:
1. [Heating] Button: Press this button to turn on the heating light; adjusting the potentiometer will activate the heating function. If heating is not required, press the button again to turn off the heating light and stop heating.
2. [Stir] Button: Press this button to turn on the stir light and adjust the potentiometer to rotate the motor, allowing the stirring bar to mix the contents. If stirring is not required, press the button again to turn off the stir light and stop stirring.
3. [Cooling] Button: Press this button to turn on the cooling light and start the air pump. If cooling is not required, press the button again to turn off the cooling function and stop the air pump from operating.
4 [ +10 ] Each time this key is pressed, the tens digit increases by one. (This key is ineffective when the device is in operation.)
5 [ +1 ] Each time this key is pressed, the ones digit increases by one (this key has no effect when the device is in operation).
6. [Start/Stop] Key: The first time you press this key, the start indicator light turns on and simultaneously activates the stirring, heating, and cooling outputs. The [Heating] key controls the heating output, the [Stirring] key controls the stirring output, and the [Cooling] key controls the cooling output. The clock begins counting down; when the countdown reaches zero, the start indicator light turns off. All outputs are disabled, and the alarm continues to sound. Pressing the key a second time will stop the alarm as well. If you press the key a second time while the system is running, all outputs are disabled, timing stops, and operation ceases.
Overview
This instrument is a complementary device for the rapid determination of free calcium oxide using ethylene glycol. It features advantages such as fast heating, uniform stirring, stable data, and simple operation.

Instrument Operation
This instrument offers both automatic and manual operation modes and requires no complicated installation; it is easy to operate and convenient to use. The user manual is as follows:
1. When using this instrument, you must place it on a level surface.
2. Before placing the Erlenmeyer flask, first push the movable rod upward with your hand, then carefully lower your hand as you position the flask on the hot plate; the condenser should be securely connected to the Erlenmeyer flask.
3. The water in the bucket should reach about three-quarters of its capacity, approximately 1500 ml (Place the bucket inside the instrument, add water to the bucket: first use a screwdriver to loosen the screws, open the upper rear cover of the instrument, fill the bucket with water, then securely reattach the rear cover).
4. After powering on, if you need to preheat, stir, or cool first, simply press the [Heat], [Stir], or [Cool] button. To switch to automatic mode, first set the desired runtime, then press the [Start/Stop] button.
Precautions for Use
1: When using the instrument, a good grounding device must be in place.
*2: The instrument must not be heated under no-load conditions for extended periods.
3: When the instrument is not used for an extended period, the power plug should be removed.
