Uses
This machine is a tool used for punching and stretching test specimens as well as for preparing test strips from various materials, and it can be equipped with cutting tools according to requirements. Its operating principle involves using pneumatic pressurization to drive the punch downward, which in turn presses against various forming dies to quickly and precisely produce test strips of different types.

First, ensure the entire machine is stable. When cutting the test specimen, securely attach the cutter to the press head and place a hard, thin board on the worktable (never punch the specimen directly on the worktable to avoid damaging the blade). Position the specimen correctly, then switch the control lever to the specimen‑cutting position. After sampling is complete, simply return the lever to the home position.
On the inner right side of the machine’s base, there is a pressure regulator; opening the front cover allows you to adjust the pressure level, which is already set to the maximum pressure at the factory.
