Product Overview
The foam compression set tester consists of parallel steel plates, a constraint device, and fasteners, and complies with the requirements of GB/T 6669-2008 and ISO 1856-2000. At a specified temperature, the foam specimen is maintained under a constant deformation for a predetermined period; after the specimen has recovered for a certain duration, the effect of the deformation on the test thickness is observed. The compressive permanent set of the material is expressed as the percentage of the difference between the initial thickness and the final thickness relative to the initial thickness.
