Product Overview
The early-age crack-resistant concrete fan is used to test the early-age crack resistance of concrete under restrained conditions. It features adjustable wind speed, uniform airflow, and easy portability.
Main Technical Parameters

How to use
1. Position the fan on the 800 mm-wide side of the test specimen, with the airflow parallel to both the specimen surface and the crack-inducing device. Adjust the height so that the outlet is directly above the center of the specimen surface at a distance of 100 mm. Immediately after the specimen has been molded for 30 minutes, turn on the fan and adjust its speed to achieve an air velocity of (5 ± 0.2) m/s at the point 100 mm directly above the center of the specimen surface.
2. The test duration shall be calculated from the time concrete is mixed with water, and crack measurements shall be taken at (24 ± 0.5) hours. Crack length shall be measured using a steel ruler, and the straight-line distance between the two ends of the crack shall be taken as the crack length. When two cracks are present on the same cutting edge, their lengths may be added together and treated as a single crack.
3. Crack widths shall be measured using a reading microscope, and the maximum width of each crack shall be recorded.
Precautions
1. The fan is test equipment; do not use it for any other purpose.
2. After the test is completed, please store the fan in a cool, dry place.
