The FL-5000 reaction frame adopts a stable vertical four-column frame structure, with high-strength support plates installed at both the upper and lower ends of the main frame, greatly increasing the rigidity of the main frame.

The upper and lower beams of the FL-5000 reaction frame are made of high-strength steel plates, and the frame is firmly integrated; the columns use high-strength round steel, and the main test space is equipped with high-strength upper and lower pressure plates, ensuring strong durability.

It can be used for frame-type verification and calibration of prestressed tension jacks, hydraulic jacks, and compressive strength tests of other high-strength specimens.

FL-5000 Reaction Frame

The YLZ-100 concrete curb bending and compression testing machine is used to test the bending strength and bending force of linear curbs with a length of 1000mm, as well as to test the compressive strength of bent curbs and straight-section L-shaped curbs. According to JC/T899-2016 concrete curbs, it can also perform bending strength and compressive strength tests on other materials.
