Drainage Board Impermeability Tester
The new type of drainage board impermeability tester uses a high-pressure electric pump for automatic pressurization, automatic pressure compensation, dual digital display for pressure and timing, and alarm upon completion. It features ease of use, simple operation, labor-saving, and meets the test requirements specified in Q-CR 562.3, TB/T3354-2014, GB18242-2008, and GB18243-2008, used to test impermeability within the pressure range of 0-0.6 MPa.

1. Turn on the power switch, press the "Set" button to enter the setting interface, set the working time and test pressure. At this time, the last digit of the time will start flashing, indicating that the value can be adjusted. Use the "Increase" and "Decrease" buttons to adjust the value. Press the "Set" button to move the cursor. When the cursor moves to the first digit of the time, press "Set" again to enter the pressure setting. The adjustment method is the same as for time. After setting, press the "Start" button to save the parameters and exit the setting mode. Press the start button again to begin the test.
Pressure Zero Adjustment: Press and hold the "Decrease" button for more than 3 seconds to zero the pressure.
Pressure Calibration: When there is no pressure, press and hold the "Decrease" button to zero the pressure, then apply a standard pressure of 1 MPa to the sensor. At the same time, press and hold the "Set" and "Increase" buttons for more than 5 seconds to complete calibration.
Pressure Hysteresis Setting: Press and hold the "Set" button for 3 seconds to enter internal parameter settings. "L" indicates lower hysteresis, "H" indicates upper hysteresis. Use the "Increase" and "Decrease" buttons to adjust the values. Press "Set" to move the cursor. After setting, press the "Start" button to save and exit.
2. During use, loosen and remove the pressure rings of the three permeable plates, open the valve at the water inlet, then close the drain valve. Slowly fill the permeable plates with clean water through the water inlet. Gradually open valves "1", "2", and "3" (with "0" being the drain valve) in sequence until water overflows from the middle inlet holes and the permeable plates are full. Then close the water inlet valve.
3. Place the test specimen on the annular rubber ring of the permeable plate, then place the specimen pressing plate on top of the test specimen and tighten the screws.
4. Set the time value according to the test requirements.
5. Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the air pump will start injecting pressurized gas into the container. The pressurization indicator light will turn on.
6. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, pressurization will automatically stop, and the constant pressure indicator light will turn on. After the test time is completed as specified, open the water inlet valve to release the pressure, then loosen the pressure rings and remove the specimen. The test is complete.Precautions
1. After each test, clean all parts of the permeable plates and apply anti-rust grease.
2. If the pressure does not rise, check for any water or air leaks in all parts.
