The HC-GY series concrete rebar detector is a portable intelligent testing device used to inspect the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can detect the thickness of the rebar protective layer, position, orientation, and distribution, and can also detect magnetic and conductive bodies in non-magnetic and non-conductive media.

Featured Functions

• Thickness mode accurately displays the measured thickness, with more precise values and more accurate displacement.

• Added JGJ detection function, automatically calculates the average thickness of the rebar at three positions, meeting the latest inspection regulations.

• Refined stirrup correction function, supports multi-level stirrup spacing correction, making protective layer thickness measurement more accurate.

• Instrument-side USB hot-swapping, no need to install USB drivers, just power on to communicate with PC analysis software, making usage more convenient.

• Multiple calibration methods, the measurement interface can complete instrument calibration, automatically storing calibration values for easier calibration.

• The main unit program can be upgraded by the user, eliminating the hassle of sending the instrument back to the factory.

• Functions for data storage, viewing, and deletion.

• USB data transfer, allowing data to be uploaded to a PC via USB cable.

• Built-in large-capacity lithium battery, low power consumption design, can work continuously for about 30 hours after full charge.

• Compact size, lightweight, easy to carry.
