  • The HC-GY62 integrated rebar scanner is a portable intelligent non-destructive testing device used to inspect the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can detect the thickness of the rebar protective layer, the position, orientation, and distribution of rebars, and can also detect magnetic and conductive bodies within non-magnetic and non-conductive media.

    • Brand new appearance design, compact size, lightweight, and easy to carry;

    • Thickness detection mode with protective layer accuracy up to 0.1mm, supports dual AD value prompts on left and right, with automatic center reading;

    • JGJ inspection function enables single-point re-measurement, automatically generates on-site measurement point thumbnails, meeting testing specification requirements;

    • Built-in low-power Bluetooth chip connects to Haichuang data platform APP for real-time upload of inspection data;

    • New wireless reading adapter for PC end makes data reading more convenient, reduces USB port wear on the main unit, and extends lifespan;

    • Built-in large-capacity lithium battery with low power consumption design, can work continuously for about 24 hours after full charge;

    • Vertical laser positioning, real-time display of rebar position and adjacent rebar centerlines, multiple reminders with aiming frame and indicator lights, facilitating rebar positioning and core drilling;

    • Professional inspection data processing and analysis software can generate 3D models, easily complete data analysis, processing, printing, and report exporting.
