  • The HT-225J series digital rebound hammer is used for non-destructive testing and evaluation of the compressive strength of hardened concrete in building structures. It allows setting parameters such as commission number, design strength, carbonation depth value, impact angle, impact test surface, detection curve, and whether pumping is involved, based on on-site testing conditions. After testing, it can immediately calculate the estimated strength of the component, with the calculation process fully complying with the provisions of the "Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method" JGJT23-2011.

    Featuring a brand-new embedded design, it facilitates easy replacement of the mechanical rebound body. The non-contact laser detection module greatly resolves issues related to the accuracy of rebound data and the maintenance frequency of rebound hammers caused by factors such as slider friction in traditional detection modules, thereby improving detection accuracy and the service life of the rebound hammer. Since the two parts are wirelessly connected, disassembly does not damage the electronic components. After replacing or maintaining the mechanical rebound body, the electronic instrument can be reinstalled for continued use.

    Performance Features

    • Touch operation: Primarily touch-based with auxiliary buttons, offering diversified operation methods for quicker and more convenient use.

    • Digital display: Rebound values are shown both numerically and with a pointer, ensuring good consistency between the two.

    • Automation: Parameters such as the number of test areas, detection direction, building test surface, and pumping can be set and modified. After testing and calculating one test area, the device automatically moves to the next test area according to preset parameters, eliminating the need for tedious on-site recording and greatly improving testing efficiency and timeliness.

    • Accuracy: Calculation rules fully comply with the People's Republic of China industry standard "Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method" JGJIT 23-2011.

    • Diversification: The instrument can connect to PCs and mobile devices, allowing data viewing and analysis anytime and anywhere across multiple terminals.

    • No wear: The non-contact laser detection module ensures no contact or friction between the rebound hammer and the digital display instrument, making disassembly and maintenance easy, extending instrument lifespan, and ensuring high data accuracy.

    • Convenience: Manages data by component, estimates strength, records carbonation values on-site, and supports wireless Bluetooth printing.

    • Integration: Integrated design with a compact size for easy portability; equipped with voice reading functionality for repeated use; features a rebound scale ruler on the side for user calibration at any time.

    • Cloud storage: Rebound data can be automatically uploaded to cloud servers (supported only by HT-225JC).

    • Real-time: Remote monitoring computers can view cloud data in real time (supported only by HT-225JC).
