  • The HT-225T series integrated digital rebound hammer is used for non-destructive testing and evaluation of the compressive strength of hardened concrete in building structures. It can set parameters such as commission number, carbonation depth value, rebound angle, rebound test surface, detection curve, and whether pumping is involved according to on-site testing conditions. After testing, it can immediately provide the estimated strength result of the component, with the calculation process fully complying with the provisions of the "Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method" JGJ/T23-2011.

    Adopting an embedded design, it facilitates the replacement of the mechanical rebound body. The digital display instrument of this product uses an independent design where the sensing signal and rebound head are connected without contact. Maintenance or replacement of the mechanical rebound body can be done simply by removing a few screws connecting the instrument casing to the rebound body. Since there are no wires between them, disassembly will not damage the electronic parts. After replacing or maintaining the mechanical rebound body, the electronic instrument can be reinstalled for continued use.
