    Instruction Manual for the Intelligent High-Precision Constant-Temperature Bath

    Overview

    The SME-CTB-CM intelligent high-precision constant-temperature bath is a versatile low-temperature constant-temperature water bath platform developed using our company’s proprietary technology. The instrument employs a high-precision data acquisition circuit and semiconductor refrigeration technology, and utilizes a fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve highly accurate and stable temperature control.

    This instrument features a user-friendly 4.3-inch touchscreen for convenient operation, with intuitive and easy-to-use parameter settings. The system integrates heating, cooling, and circulation functions in an organic manner, and can display real-time temperature curves during experiments.

    Compared to traditional compression-based refrigeration, the semiconductor cooling technology used in this product also boasts advantages such as small size, light weight, no noise, easy maintenance, and high reliability.

    How to use

    [Place]

    1. The instrument has an air intake on the side and a heat dissipation outlet at the rear. When placing the instrument, ensure that there is sufficient clearance around it.
    2. Place the container on a flat pad that does not easily conduct heat.

    [Installation]

    1. Insert the power plug;
    2. Connecting water pipe:
      • The host’s inlet, outlet, and the two water ports of the sink container can be connected with hoses—there is no specific order for these connections.
      • The hose cannot be bent, causing the water to stop flowing.
    3. Insert the sensor connector on the sink container into the host’s sensor interface.

    [Injection]

    1. Pour water into the container, ensuring that the liquid level does not exceed the container’s inlet for now.
    2. [Power on] and turn on [Cycle]. Observe that water is being injected into the container's inlet, then add more water to the container until it reaches the desired liquid level. (The liquid level must not be lower than the height of the temperature sensor probe in the water tank.)

    [Temperature Control]

    If the set temperature is more than 5℃ higher than the ambient temperature, do not turn on the [Cooling] switch; otherwise, please turn on the [Cooling] switch.

    [Note]

    1. To achieve a lower dielectric stability temperature, you can use the following methods:
      1. Lower the laboratory air conditioning temperature;
      2. Improve the thermal insulation performance of containers;
    2. When the instrument is left unused for an extended period, please drain all the water from its tubing.
    3. The set temperature must not be lower than the solidification point of the medium!
