    III. Operating Instructions

    1. Connect the power supply and check whether the lifting and lowering functions are working properly (whether the oil pump is rotating in the wrong direction). If it’s not working, swap any two of the live wires.

    2. Operation Procedure: (During demolding, use a 50 mm spacer; for P1000 specimens, replace the mold with a removable pressure plate.) Connect an appropriate threaded rod to the lower end, align the threaded rod with the demolding pad, and support the test mold with a backing plate. As the demolding machine rises, the specimen will be automatically released.

    3. For specimens with diameters of φ50 and φ100, you can directly place the mold, already loaded with material, onto the specimen-making platform. Then, activate the specimen-raising switch to start the molding process. After maintaining this position for one minute, switch the specimen control lever to the lowering position. At this point, the machine will begin to descend, completing the molding of the specimen. Once finished, prepare to demold the specimen.

    If the specimen to be produced has a diameter of φ150, the mold itself is large and contains a substantial amount of material, making it quite heavy. It would be extremely difficult for one person to complete this task alone. Therefore, this molding machine is equipped with a rail system and a mold-feeding device. First, place the mold and the bottom shim beneath it onto the feeding device. Then, weigh out the required material and carefully load it into the mold, placing the top shim on top. Gently push the feeding cart along the rail toward the top of the molding cylinder, ensuring it’s securely positioned. Next, activate the molding-up switch to start the molding process. After holding the mold in this position for one minute, move the receiving cart under the mold and switch the molding control to the “down” position. At this point, the machine will begin lowering, completing the molding process. Once the mold has been firmly placed onto the receiving cart, pull the cart toward the demolding cylinder, stop it securely, and then activate the demolding-up switch to complete the demolding procedure.

     

    Precautions for the one-piece demolding machine without side restrictors:

    1. Regularly keep the instrument clean; after each use, wipe it down to ensure its exterior remains clean.

    2. Use hydraulic oil No. 46; otherwise, the sealing rings may be damaged.
