    I. Primarily applicable to:

    III. Features of the Hydraulic Electric Demolder:

    The YDT-20 hydraulic-electric demolder utilizes hydraulic drive, ensuring smooth, safe, reliable, and noise-free operation. Compared to mechanical electric demolders, it offers advantages such as higher power, greater efficiency, lower noise levels, and a longer service life. It can meet the demolding requirements for high-strength specimens, such as cement mixtures.

    IV. Operating Procedures:

    1. After powering on, check whether the screws in all parts are loose. If any are loose, tighten them as soon as possible. Once the power is connected, observe whether the power indicator light on the panel is lit to confirm that the power supply is properly connected. Press the lifting and lowering buttons to verify that they function normally. If everything is normal, equip the appropriate mold support plate and upper pressure plate according to the specimen requirements, and adjust and securely fasten the column nuts on the workbench as well as the screws on the support plate.

    2. First, align and prepare the corresponding pressure plate and support plate for the test mold cylinder. Attach the support plate onto the rising screw, place the appropriate test mold on top, and secure the pressure plate onto the panel mounted on the upright column using screws (note that the groove matching the test mold should face downward and align properly with the mold opening). Then, tighten the two fine-adjustment nuts on the upright column. Press the “Raise” button to raise the lifting rod until the specimen in the test cylinder is ejected. Next, press the “Stop” button to halt the machine, remove the specimen and the test mold cylinder, and then press the “Lower” button to lower the assembly. If you need to perform another test, simply replace the test mold with a different one.

    3. After the test is completed, turn off the power and clean up the area.

    V. Precautions:

    1. It is strictly prohibited to run the oil pump without adding oil, causing it to run dry.

    2. Before use, you must completely bleed the air out of the system.

    3. During use, monitor the pressure gauge reading carefully. It is strictly prohibited to exceed 40 MPa. When the pressure approaches this limit, promptly cut off the power supply or open the return oil valve.

    4. The factory-installed safety valve has been properly adjusted; do not touch it.

    5. Before using the electric hydraulic demolder, you must carefully read the instruction manual.

    VI. Maintenance and Care:

    1. When using, first plug the power cord into the socket to connect the power supply. After use, unplug the power cord to completely disconnect the device from the power source.

    2. After use, please wipe clean the upper and lower trays on the upright post, as well as the push seat, and then cover them with dust covers. If the item will not be used for an extended period, apply a layer of rust-preventive oil to the surface to prevent the parts from rusting.

    3. For safety reasons, users are advised to ground the device when using it.
