    The inner chamber of this instrument is made from imported stainless steel sheet. It employs ultrasonic humidification for mist generation, compressor-based refrigeration, and features a dual-layer vacuum glass door equipped with a digital display smart controller for temperature and humidity—plus a built‑in micro printer. This makes it the ideal equipment for laboratories and quality inspection centers to cure cement and concrete specimens.

    Experimental Procedure for Horizontal Constant-Temperature Water Curing Tanks:

    1. Place the instrument in a clean environment free from strong vibrations and corrosive gases, with an operating temperature between 0–38°C and relative humidity below 85% RH. Ensure that the supply voltage remains within the range of 220 ± 10%, and that the instrument is equipped with proper grounding or a residual current device (RCD). 2. To use the instrument, first remove the specimen holder, fill the water tank with approximately 20 cm of clean water, turn on the power switch and verify that the temperature setpoint on the temperature controller is 20°C. Then, activate the “Cooling,” “Heating,” and “Circulating Water” switches; the instrument will automatically regulate the water temperature, maintaining a constant temperature of 20 ± 1°C throughout operation.

    3. Place the specimen on the test piece and then put it into the test piece box. Water can be drained into the test piece box through the drain port of the water tank, after which the test piece is placed in the test piece box and cured in the water tank.

    4. The sink is equipped with a water level overflow pipe; when the water level rises too high, excess water will flow out through the overflow pipe.

    5. Temperature Setting: Users can directly adjust the set temperature using the ▲ or ▼ buttons, and the set value is automatically saved. The upper display window shows the current operating temperature, while the lower display window shows the set temperature. The temperature control parameters are pre‑adjusted at the factory, so there is no need to operate the SET button.

    Instructions for Use of the Cement Standard Constant-Temperature Water Curing Box:

    1. Do not turn on the instrument if there is no water in the tank.

    2. The water level in the tank should be maintained at more than 10 cm to prevent uncontrolled water temperature. The tank must be kept clean; otherwise, it will affect the operation of the circulating water system and lead to uneven water temperatures.

    3. The circulating water operates in intermittent mode under constant temperature conditions, while it runs continuously when heating or cooling. The circulating water should only be used after any malfunctions have been resolved.

    4. The instrument cannot be set to operate at temperatures above 50°C; operating above this temperature will damage the instrument.

    Precautions for Using the SBY-32B Cement Specimen Constant-Temperature Water Curing Box:

    (1) Wiring must be installed with a residual current device; during operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the enclosure.

    (2) The curing box must never be operated without water.
