Product Applications

This device complies with the requirements of JG/T 225-2020 “Metal Corrugated Pipes for Prestressed Concrete” and is used to test the impermeability performance of metal corrugated pipes after bending.

Technical Parameters

1. The curvature radius of the round tube support = 30 times the nominal inner diameter of the round tube.

2. The radius of curvature of the fan duct support is 4000 mm.

3. Optional inner diameter specifications: 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 96, 102, 108, 114, 120, 126, and 132 mm, as well as flat tubes.

The flat tube 1 is about 20 mm.
The flat tube 2 is about 30 mm.
The radius of curvature is 2400, and the width is 92.

Note: Multiple specifications can be used with a single base; the bracket and base must be ordered separately!
