    This instrument is a controller that integrates both automatic and manual operation, with the control panel shown in the figure below:

    The specific key operations are as follows:

    1. [Heating] Key: Press this key to turn on the heating indicator light; adjust the potentiometer to control the heating output. If heating is not required, press the key again to turn off the heating indicator light and stop heating.

    2. [Stirring] Button: Press this button to turn on the stirring indicator light and adjust the potentiometer to start the motor, enabling the stir bar to stir. If stirring is not required, press the button again to turn off the stirring indicator light and stop stirring.

    3. [Cooling] Button: Press this button to activate the cooling indicator light and start the air pump. If cooling is not required, press the button again to turn off the cooling function and stop the air pump.

    4 [+10] Each press of this key increments the tens digit by one. (This key has no effect when the device is in operation.)

    5【+1】 Each press of this key increments the units digit by one (this key has no effect when the device is in operation).

    6. [Start/Stop] Button: The first press of this button illuminates the start indicator light and simultaneously activates the stirring, heating, and cooling outputs. The [Heating] button controls the heating output, the [Stirring] button controls the stirring output, and the [Cooling] button controls the cooling output. At the same time, the timer begins counting down; when the timer reaches zero, the start indicator light turns off, all outputs are shut down, and the alarm continues to sound. Pressing the button a second time stops the alarm. If the button is pressed a second time while the system is running, all outputs are shut down, the timer stops, and the system ceases operation.

    Instrument Operation

    This instrument features both automatic and manual operation modes, requires no complicated installation, is easy to operate, and is convenient to use. The user manual is as follows:

    1. When using this instrument, it must be placed on a level surface.

    2. Before placing the Erlenmeyer flask, first push the movable rod upward with your hand, then place the flask on the heating plate, and slowly lower your hand. The condenser should be in contact with the Erlenmeyer flask.

    3. The water level in the bucket should reach approximately three-quarters of its capacity, about 1500 ml. (Place the bucket inside the instrument, add water to the bucket by first using a screwdriver to loosen the screw and open the upper rear cover of the instrument, then refill the bucket and reattach the rear cover.)

    4. After powering on, if you need to perform preheating, stirring, or cooling first, simply press the [Heating], [Stirring], and [Cooling] buttons, respectively. To switch to automatic mode, first set the desired run time, then press the [Start/Stop] button.

    Precautions for Use

    1. The instrument shall be equipped with a reliable grounding system during operation.

    *2: The instrument must not be heated under no-load conditions for extended periods.

    3. Unplug the power cord when the instrument is not in use for an extended period.
