The structural adhesive vacuum mixer is a newly developed product of our company. Based on the original small-scale mixing machine, this equipment is equipped with a vacuum system. It serves as an essential device for mixing paste-like materials such as sealants, structural adhesives, and gypsum. Because the mixing process is carried out under vacuum, the test samples can be completely free of air bubbles and voids, thereby enhancing the material’s fillability and compactness.

Installation method

The ZKJ-3 vacuum mixer features a benchtop design. After unpacking and verifying all components, simply connect it to a power source and follow the operating instructions.

How to use

1. Connect the power supply.

2. First, pre-mix the materials in the mixing tank until they reach a paste-like consistency. Then, align the mixing tank with the mixing sleeve base and gently push it into the slot. Hold the mixing cylinder, tighten the vent needle valve, and press the vacuum switch and the mixing switch. At this point, the equipment will operate under vacuum while mixing; you may then release your grip, and the mixing time can be set as desired.

3. After mixing is complete, turn off the power switch, hold the mixing jar, loosen the vent needle valve, and then remove the jar.

4. To adjust the amplitude, simply turn the amplitude adjustment knob.

Precautions

1. Before using any type of mixer, carefully read the operating manual to understand the procedures and precautions, thereby preventing unnecessary damage to the equipment.

2. The vacuum pump must never be run under no-load conditions, as this can shorten the service life of the equipment.

3. If the machine malfunctions, please have it repaired by an experienced professional.

4. Regularly inspect the machine’s safety grounding; ensure that the protective earth connection in the power cord plug and switch is properly bonded to the equipment enclosure.

5. The embedding material in the mixing tank should not exceed two-thirds of the tank’s capacity to prevent it from being drawn into the gas line and causing blockage.
