Overview
The combustion method asphalt analyzer complies with ASTM and AASHTO related standards, features multiple safety designs, has a testing accuracy of up to 0.11%, operates quickly and fully automatically during the test process, uses a ceramic filter to reduce 95% of exhaust emissions, includes temperature compensation and critical stability functions, is simple to use and easy to maintain, and saves significant costs by not using solvents. It is mainly used to determine the asphalt content in asphalt mixtures and also provides clean aggregates for gradation analysis.
Main Features
1. The combustion furnace body is made of aerospace insulation materials, with a short preheating time and fast heating speed, reaching the standard working temperature of 538°C within 20 minutes, greatly saving test time compared to similar products.
2. Excellent insulation performance: when the furnace interior reaches the standard working temperature, the external temperature of the furnace body remains below 45°C, ensuring high operational safety and effectively preventing high temperatures from affecting the accuracy of the electronic balance.
3. Equipped with a secondary combustion function in the afterburner chamber, high-temperature filtration, and exhaust system to ensure that test exhaust emissions meet environmental protection requirements.
4. The instrument operates automatically and is easy to use; simply input the sample weight and calibration coefficient, load the sample, press the start button, and the data is automatically printed after the test.
5. Powerful software functions that simultaneously display asphalt content, oil-stone ratio, sample weight loss, and test time.
