    This instrument is suitable for wear-resistance hardness testing of all types of rock and can accurately determine the parameters that characterize a rock’s resistance to abrasion.

    Structure

    The machine consists of a motor, a reducer, a cast-steel circular disk with a diameter of Φ600 mm, a specimen support cylinder, a sand hopper, a frame, and other components, and is equipped with a preset digital counter for automatic control. This ensures that the circular disk operates at a stable rotational speed and completes a predetermined number of revolutions.

    Install

    This unit features an integral structure and must be installed on a concrete floor designated for the certificate, ensuring that the horizontal slope of the circular plate does not exceed 1% to allow smooth rotation about the central axis.

    How to use

    Before powering on, you must familiarize yourself with the machine’s structure, inspect the electrical components for proper condition and ensure reliable grounding, and then start the machine using the manual push button.
    The operating procedure for the built-in advance-counting counter is as follows:
    1. Preset number of rotations.
    ① Press and hold the reset button.
    ② The colleague presses the preset button to set the desired number of rotations.
    2. Turn on the power switch.
    3. Press the start button to initiate operation; the machine will automatically stop when it reaches the preset number of revolutions. If you need to stop the machine midway, press the stop button; to resume operation, press the start button again, and the counter will continue to accumulate counts.
    4. To use the machine again, first press the zero-reset button, verify the preset value, and then press the start button.
    5. The manual button is used for jogging the machine; during jogging, the counter does not increment.
    6. After shutdown, please disconnect the power supply promptly.
