This machine is a specialized tool designed for cutting test specimens from various materials, including waterproofing materials, rubber, and plastics.
Performance
This machine employs electric pressurization, offering advantages such as time and labor savings, convenience, and speed, while producing test specimens that meet stringent standards. It is the ideal replacement for traditional manual punch presses.
Working Principle
This machine is a tool used for punching and drawing test specimens as well as for preparing test coupons from various materials; cutting tools can be optionally equipped according to requirements (cutting blades are not included in the standard configuration). Its operating principle is as follows: an electric motor drives a reducer, which in turn rotates a lead screw to move the press head downward, applying pressure through various forming dies to quickly and accurately cut test strips of specified dimensions.

First, ensure the entire machine is securely stabilized. When cutting the test specimen, attach the cutting tool to the punch head and place a rigid, thin plate on the worktable (never punch the specimen directly on the worktable to avoid damaging the cutting blade). Position the specimen correctly, press the downward key, and once sampling is complete, press the upward key.
Note: There is a limit adjustment mechanism on the back of the machine, which has been properly calibrated before shipment. Do not adjust it arbitrarily to avoid damaging the equipment.
