The top-discharge standard vibrating sieve is suitable for laboratory use in departments such as highway construction, civil engineering, and geological and metallurgical research for screening and analyzing materials. Each run lasts 5 minutes, making the grading process both convenient and straightforward.
It is suitable for sieve analysis of materials in laboratories specializing in highway engineering, construction, geology and metallurgy, as well as for testing insulation materials, lime-fly ash mixtures, and other similar applications, enabling convenient and straightforward particle-size classification.
Uses
The sample-splitting sieve shaker consists primarily of a swinging mechanism, an impact mechanism, and a clamping mechanism. The electric motor drives the main eccentric shaft on the swing frame via a rotating shaft and a worm-gear pair, which in turn causes the other two auxiliary eccentric shafts to rotate, thereby generating a planar circular oscillation for the entire sieve assembly with an amplitude equal to the eccentricity. Simultaneously, another pair of worm gears driven by the same motor act through a cam and a pushrod to lift the swing frame carrying the sieve assembly at regular intervals; the frame then falls under its own weight onto the anvil mounted on the base, thus imparting both planar circular oscillation and impact vibration to the swing frame.

2. Pour the material to be screened and analyzed into the topmost sieve, securely close the sieve lid, and then place the assembly on the sieve support of the shaking table.
3. Rotate the bakelite handle on the clamping sieve plate counterclockwise to lower the entire clamping sieve plate onto the nested sieves; then, rotate the bakelite handle on the clamping sieve plate clockwise to engage the plunger shaft with the retaining seat, thereby securely fastening the entire set of sample-splitting sieves.
4. Turn the timer knob on the vibrating sieve to the desired screening time, then switch on the power; the vibration and oscillation will then commence, initiating the sieving operation.
5. When the timer reaches the preset time, the vibrating sieve automatically stops operating. The timer includes a 3-second delay!
